Package Ski Holidays in the French Pyrenees

I stayed at Martin’s Aparthotel Des Col and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation is newly refurbished, very well appointed, and comfortable throughout.

I visited as part of the “Ski with Eddie” week—yes, Eddie the Eagle himself! It was a great opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated group of ski enthusiasts, enjoying relaxed, informal coaching from Martin and Tim, two of Ameski’s top coaches. We even picked up a few tips from Eddie along the way.

Martin and Tim are not only excellent coaches but also warm and attentive hosts. They were supported by Isabella, a lovely and welcoming presence at the bar, and Pippa, Martin’s wife, who helped create a genuinely friendly, family-like atmosphere.

Daily transport to the slopes was seamless, thanks to the company’s own minibus service. While the ski area of Peyragudes may not be widely known among UK skiers, the overall experience—combined with the team’s expertise and hospitality—far exceeded my expectations.
